Why Scaffolding Safety is Important? | मचान सुरक्षा क्यों जरूरी है?

Improper scaffolding erection or use can lead to serious falls, injuries, or fatalities. Many construction-related accidents occur due to scaffold collapse, fall from height, or poor maintenance.

• Ensure the ground is level, firm, and free from loose soil or debris.

• Check area compatibility with scaffold design.

• Identify underground utilities or obstacles.

• Use full body harness with double lanyard.

• Scaffold must be tagged (Green for safe, Red for unsafe).

• Weekly inspection by certified scaffold inspector.
